Orders cannot be changed less than 48 hours from the scheduled ship date.
If the order is cancelled within 48 hours of the requested ship date, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed.
If the product ordered is requested to be exchanged by the customer due to a non-manufacturer defect, a 25% restocking fee will be assessed and deducted from the credit due to customer.
